2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download or access materials (including mixed or mastered files) from our Website for personal and professional use only.

This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute any files without a valid license or agreement
• Modify, copy, or use materials for illegal or infringing purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the backend systems of Wavsly
• Transfer files or access credentials to another person without authorization

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms and may be revoked by us at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

When placing an order for mixing or mastering, you agree to provide accurate project files, payment information, and communication details.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Work will begin only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Because our services are digital and customized, all sales are final once mixing or mastering work has begun.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver projects within the estimated turnaround time listed on our Website.

You are entitled to revisions as specified in your selected package.

Additional revisions or changes beyond what is included may incur extra fees.

Final files are delivered digitally through download links or email. Once final files are approved and delivered, Wavsly bears no further responsibility for file loss or damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All original music, recordings, and materials you submit remain your property.

However, Wavsly retains rights to the mix and master versions solely for promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing work on our website or portfolio), unless you request otherwise in writing.

All website content, visuals, and systems are owned by MEVVO AS and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we take every measure to ensure high-quality results, we make no guarantees regarding the commercial success, playback compatibility, or subjective satisfaction of the final audio.

We do not warrant that files or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MEVVO AS or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or opportunity) arising from the use or inability to use Wavsly services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
